There are a lot of jokes about people trying to quit smoking. When a smoker says that he plans to quit smoking, another asks him if it is not difficult. "Not for me," the smoker responds, "I have done several times in the past!" For some people, success in their attempts to quit smoking should be measured by the fact that they were able to keep away from smoking for a longer period of time than they did in their previous attempts!

Of course, if talks to stop the habit, you mean that you want to stop the practice once and for all, not for the time being. Still, people who make repeated attempts to quit smoking shows their sincerity, although their determination seems to be weak. While I won't be ridiculous people make repeated attempts to stop this habit, but appreciate them for their perseverance, I have a piece of advice for them. You should change your strategy in your future attempts. There is a dictum that if you keep doing things the same way, you will keep getting the same results. Then, think about what you can do differently than you will be able to succeed. The first time only used a willpower, but it was not enough. Thus, the second time, you should think of something else as looking for some advice.

However, the most effective strategy for stopping smoking will be to discover what made who succeeded and take a leaf from their methods. Nothing succeeds like success. A strategy that worked for one person is likely to work for you as well. A detailed study will help you choose an appropriate strategy and achieve success in your endeavors. Different people may succeed by using different strategies. Some of these may suit you and some may not. For example, if a person says that he used his inner strength and willpower, there is no guarantee that you will succeed with a similar strategy. You may not be able to hit effectively as the other person did your internal resources.

You can learn from others in a number of ways:

1) Join a club or Association: If you can find a smoke-free club ex, okay. Otherwise you can join a social club engaged in constructive activities. You will meet people who will certainly have given up some bad habits. Talk to them and listen to them, you can learn something new that will help you get out of this habit.

2) reading magazine articles: there are magazines dedicated to the area of self development that will bring many stories of people successfully overcome problems and weaknesses. You'll find something inspiring. You can also find a lot of Blogs online with similar themes.

3) the best way is to find a person using a method that you will be comfortable using, you can adopt this method. Seek help from that person and work with him. If it is known to you, it will be better. talk to him in detail and find out its strategy. Note the problems faced by him. Then just take your strategy. If you're having trouble, you can discuss with him and get his suggestions on the basis of its own experience. They eventually succeed in your endeavors and quit smoking forever.
