Ways and tip to stop smoking: Smoking isn't just hard on your body - it is dangerous for anyone living or working around you. You don't always need medical help to stop smoking, but when you are ready to make this change in your life, it is important to talk to your doctor. Even without the shot, laser, or other programs, your body can experience side effects like tremors and headaches. Your doctor can help you treat this withdrawal without resorting to lighting up again. With a little help, you can quit smoking!
