You know what they say - nothing ventured, nothing gained. And by just reading this article, I can see that you are determined to stop.



So let's start and see how you feel about my 10 Stop Smoking Tips.



The first tip is to make a clean start. By this I mean, get rid of everything in your home that is associated with cigarettes.



My second tip, involves washing all your clothes, as the smell will still be there, and this includes washing clothes that you haven't worn for some time.



Tip three of my 10 Stop Smoking Tips makes sure that you attack your bed linen and by that I mean washing everything, and anything in your house that is of a material nature. And for those of us, that are truly serious, a spring clean of your carpets wouldn't go amiss. What we don't realize is that, any smell of tobacco, which is still in your home, will start those cravings off.



Number 4 makes sure that you don't forget your vehicle - a great idea is to go and have it cleaned inside and out for the same reason.



Tip 5 of the 10 Stop Smoking Tips, and without stating the obvious is to go and have a great shower or a long nice bath, with some bath salts, or some nice candles around the bath to help you keep nice and calm.



Onto tip 6 and what people also don't realize is that you need to also tackle and clean your teeth. Clean them, floss them, and get rid of that taste and smell of smoke.



Another hot tip, and my seventh one, is to use bash salts, which can get rid of the nicotine and literally clean your skin for a clean and fresh start.



At number 8, it's all about cravings, and a lot of people get rid of their cravings, by doing exercise, whenever they feel a need for a cigarette. Sweating and exercise does a lot for getting rid of the nicotine within your blood.



My ninth tip is this - remember not to forget to drink a lot of water, as this will get rid of all bad toxins and help to flush your body out.



And finally we come to the tenth tip of my 10 Stop Smoking Tips. This includes chewing gum and avoiding places which are filled with smoke, as this will only remind you of your cravings.



Also make sure that all your friends know that you have quit!



And finally, apply everything that I have spoken about, try hard and make sure that you are focused, and I am sure that you will be amazed at the results.
