I saw this question in many stop smoking forum but the answers tend to focus on the promotion of a solution. Actually smokers who want to quit they usually have a number of choices.
The other truth is. .. There isn't any better way.



While it's a fair question to ask, a better question is "what is the best way to quit smoking for me?" Depending on their circumstances, one or more of the options could help without breaking the trap to smoke.
