One suggestion that I used, smoke weed to stop was to write, the pre-and cons of smoking marijuana.



Get a piece of paper and write on the one hand, the benefits of smoking weed. And on the other hand, note the disadvantages of smoking weed.



Be honest with yourself and don't stop writing. What comes to mind, to write and not be biased. What gets in your brain, let it flow and keep writing, and for at least 15 minutes.
