There are several stop smoking programs that claim to help you stop smoking for good. It is not uncommon that people, who join these programs, often relapse into the habit very soon. The reason behind the failure of these programs is lack of motivation and nicotine based cessation programs.

Smoking is one of the deadliest addictions therefore chances of failure are quite high. Though it is not impossible to quit smoking, you must be very sure about why you want to quit this habit. Is it just because you are aware that smoking is bad for health or something else?

Writing down the ill effects of smoking and reading it many times a day is often a good motivating factor. This is a way to convince your brain that smoking is bad for your health. This is exactly what most quit smoking programs do not pay attention to. It is wise to take some external help from friends and colleagues when you feel your own motivation is not effective.

These programs are more focused on helping you quit this habit physically. Psychological detachment from cigarette is often ignored by many of these programs. As you remain addicted to smoking psychologically, you tend to relapse as soon as cessation program is over.

A perfect balance of psychological and physical detachment from cigarette is the key to be successful at quitting smoking. You need some additional motivation when you cannot motivate yourself. Natural non- nicotine based formula with a strong motivation is what you need.
